Introducing Erk Pod

Erk Pod is Erk’s original studio based podcast. The origins of Erk Pod was Erk discussing the Australian reality TV series “Big Brother” in May 2007 in a sub-show called “Erk to the Diary Room”. Once the 2007 series ended, Erk decided to make his show into a news/current affairs/talk podcast with the occasional song.

Co-host Drue joined the show in December 2007 and since then the show has developed further. Apart from regular weekly episodes that have been described as “Erk Pod Classic” episodes, in 2008 there was a monthly Round Table version of the podcast as well.

In November 2008, Echo Romeo Kilo was created and this was followed by Erk FM in January 2009 and Erk’s Blast From The Past in February 2009.
